The leadership
Four people carry the project, each on one area. Decisions affecting the community are taken by all four, announced on the Discord and explained.
Thorsten
Builds and hosts the site, maintains the server bots and the tournament tools. Responsible for data and security.
Shilds
Owns the visual identity: tournament posters, clip packaging, site layouts and social templates.
Exzy
Builds the tournament and events calendar, from format to prize giving. Speaks for the server outside it: other communities, partners and social media.
How we decide
Each area decides on its own ground. Anything touching the rules, heavy sanctions or partnerships goes to a vote of four, and the outcome is posted in the announcements channel with its reasons.
